Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Deliveries
Rosie’s Cider is delighted to be working with Delsol / APC. The only carriers in the UK to offer a dedicated Fragile / Liquid flow line through their hub and satellite depots. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or on Bank or Public Holidays. All products leave our premises in Perfect condition with Industry standard packaging to ensure safe passage to your destination. Delsol / APC internal controls ensure cider packages are inspected and cleared at each change within the route and in an ideal world, we would urge that you the purchaser are ready and available to carefully inspect and sign for your cider on delivery. Delivery can be to your home or place of work between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Successful delivery is confirmed to us by e-mail.

You may, in special circumstances nominate a safe place where your delivery can be left if you are unable to be present. An Un-attended delivery would need the special instructions section to be completed at the time of order and these need to be accurate, specific and workable. Examples could be Neighbour at Number 16 to the left, or inside porch or by recycling bins etc. but specific concise instructions to ensure the package will remain cool and dry!

Please note that with an Un-attended delivery, the cider is left entirely at your own risk.
If your delivery address has a communal entrance the cider must be signed for, you will need to nominate a person OVER 18YRS and they will need to be ready and waiting.

Best safest option is to be there in person.

It is important to state that the delivery will be within 5 working days of the order.

Well planned, cider can arrive next day so long as the order is placed and acknowledged before 11am Monday to Thursday. An order placed on a Friday before 11am will not arrive before the following Monday.

Where we, and Delsol APC endeavour to get cider to you next day, the run up to Christmas and other busy periods during Summer, Cyber Weekends, Black Fridays could interfere with the smooth running of the delivery process as indeed could busy periods at Rosie’s cider HQ. It is because of these issues that the 5 day window applies.

Returns
Should you change your mind about an order and no longer want it, we have a return policy.

You need to get in touch with us at info@rosiescider.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your order. We do not offer exchanges, but refund the cost of the cider minus the delivery element which itself is non refundable. The cost of safe return of UNOPENED returned orders is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you use a trackable method of shipment and ensure you retain your proof of postage / courier. Also, due to the fragility of the package you should ensure the cider remains in the packaging we sent it out in, to protect it on it’s return journey.

Once the cider has arrived back we will get in touch and advise that your refund has been carried out. Refunds would be back via your original method of payment.

Breakages / delivery errors
Well, on very rare occasions, anything can happen. On an attended delivery, which is why we recommend it, you and the driver will know if there are breakages or leaks! Photographic evidence, description etc help evaluate the situation, email with your delivery label details as soon as possible on discovery and we will work out a solution to the problem.
Wrong order received. Faulty goods. Contact us via info@rosiescider.co.uk ASAP and in any case within 3 working days.
